We're a 17-person team in Denver doing design-build for residential projects.
Design-build means we're accountable for the whole thing. When your designer and builder report to the same person, problems get solved faster. No waiting for the architect to respond to the contractor's RFI. No change orders because the design didn't account for how the house actually gets framed. We're based in Denver. We know the permitting process, the inspectors, the soil conditions, what works in this climate. We're not a national franchise learning your market on your dime. Seventeen people is the right size.
